- 1 Laura Secord maple matcha heart
- ½ cup. boiled water
- 1½ cup. milk (milk can be replaced with almond milk)
- Add the matcha heart into a mug and slowly pour the hot water and mix it with a whisk until it is a dark green paste.
- Heat the milk with a milk frother or saucepan. If you have a frother, froth the milk slightly.
- Add the milk to the matcha and mix it with the whisk. Pour the foam milk on the top.
