Ingredients
Milk Chocolate Muffin-like Mug Cake
- 1 tbsp. of butter
- 2 tbsp. of brown sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- ¼ tsp. of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. of cocoa powder
- ½ tsp. of baking powder
- 2 tbsp. of flour
- 1 to 2 tbsp. of Laura Secord milk chocolate chips
Rich Chocolate Fondant Mug Cake
- 60 g of Laura Secord 70% dark chocolate (6 pieces of a 100 g bar)
- 1 tbsp. of butter
- 1 tbsp. of brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. of flour
- ¼ tsp. of vanilla extract

Milk Chocolate Muffin-like Mug Cake
- In a medium mug, melt the butter in the microwave at maximum power for 20 to 30 seconds.
- Add the brown sugar, the egg yolk and the vanilla extract and mix until you obtain a homogeneous texture.
- Add the cocoa powder, the baking powder, the flour, and the chocolate chips.
- At maximum power, microwave for 40 seconds.
- Let sit for a minute and enjoy!
Rich Chocolate Fondant Mug Cake
- In a medium mug, melt the butter and the chocolate in the microwave at maximum power for about 30 seconds.
- Stir well to combine all the ingredients into a melted texture. (The chocolate will not be completely melted, do not microwave again to avoid cooking it.)
- Add the brown sugar, the egg, the vanilla extract and the flour. Then, mix until you obtain a homogeneous texture.
- At maximum power, microwave for 50 seconds
- Let sit for a minute and enjoy!
