Mini banana & chocolate fluffed pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 eggs separated
- 2 tbsp of sugar
- 4 tbsp of milk
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup of white flour
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 1 100 g Laura Secord bar of your choice
- 1-2 bananas cut into slices
- Strawberries for decoration

- Whip the egg whites with a mixer until peaks form. Add the sugar and whisk again. Put aside.
- In another bowl, mix the egg yolks with the milk and vanilla.
- Add the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well.
- Add 1/3 of the egg white mixture to the dough, folding gently. Do not overmix. Once the mixture is well combined, add the rest of the egg white mixture and continue to mix while folding.
- In the microwave, melt the chocolate (about 45 seconds) and mix well so that all the chocolate is melted.
- Dip the banana slices in the batter mixture and cook over low-medium heat in a frying pan. Turn around gently.
- Place the pancakes on a plate garnished with strawberries and pour the melted chocolate. Enjoy!
