Blueberry Chocolate Tacos
Ingredients
Blueberry jelly
- 1 cup of fresh blueberries
 - 2 tbsp. of water
 - ¼ to ⅓ cup of sugar (to taste)
 
Yogurt preparation with fresh blueberries
- 1 cup of fresh blueberries
 - ½ tsp. of vanilla extract
 - 2 tbsp. of water
 - ¼ cup of sugar
 - 1 sachet of gelatine (equivalent to 15ml of gelatine)
 - 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
 - 1 packet of Laura Secord milk chocolate crispy chips
 
- Fresh blueberries for decoration
 

Blueberry jelly
- In a cauldron, heat the blueberries, the sugar and water. Bring to boil and reduce the heat to low immediately
 - Stir in the half a packet of gelatin and mix well
 - Pour into a container and refrigerate
 
Yogurt preparation
- In a cauldron, heat the blueberries, the sugar, the vanilla and water. Bring to boil and lower the heat to low
 - Add a full sachet of gelatine and mix
 - Remove the cauldron from the heat and add the yogurt and stir
 - Place in the refrigerator and wait for the mixture to have a gelatinous texture
 - Once the right textured obtained, at your convenience, simply cut pieces or stir the mixture slightly in order to be able to put it in a piping bag
 - Top the chocolate chips with a generous drizzle of jellified blueberry yogurt, a piece of blueberry jelly and a few fresh blueberries!
