Blueberry Chocolate Tacos

Blueberry jelly
  • 1 cup of fresh blueberries
  • 2 tbsp. of water
  • ¼ to ⅓ cup of sugar (to taste)
Yogurt preparation with fresh blueberries
  • Fresh blueberries for decoration
Blueberry jelly
  1. In a cauldron, heat the blueberries, the sugar and water. Bring to boil and reduce the heat to low immediately
  2. Stir in the half a packet of gelatin and mix well
  3. Pour into a container and refrigerate
Yogurt preparation
  1. In a cauldron, heat the blueberries, the sugar, the vanilla and water. Bring to boil and lower the heat to low
  2. Add a full sachet of gelatine and mix
  3. Remove the cauldron from the heat and add the yogurt and stir
  4. Place in the refrigerator and wait for the mixture to have a gelatinous texture
  5. Once the right textured obtained, at your convenience, simply cut pieces or stir the mixture slightly in order to be able to put it in a piping bag
  6. Top the chocolate chips with a generous drizzle of jellified blueberry yogurt, a piece of blueberry jelly and a few fresh blueberries!
