Chocolate & Coconut Ice Cream
Ingredients
- LauraSecord 70% cocoa dark chocolate 100 g bar
- 2 avocados
- 1 banana
- 3 tbs of grated coconut
- ¼ cup of maple syrup
- ¼ cup of almond milk (or your preferred milk)
- Dice the avocados and bananas and place them in the freezer for approximately 1 hour
- Melt the chocolate using a bain-marie
- Whip the melted chocolate and thealmond milk together
- Using a blender, mix the frozenfruit in with the other ingredients
- Pour the mix into a recipient andfreeze approximately 1-2 hours (until texture becomes soft and smooth)
- Top your ice cream with a pinch ofgrated coconut, serve and enjoy.
