Chocolate & Coconut Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • Laura Secord 70 % cocoa dark chocolate 100 g bar
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 banana
  • 3 tbs of grated coconut
  • ¼ cup of maple syrup
  • ¼ cup of almond milk (or your preferred milk)

Preparation

  • Dice the avocados and bananas and place them in the freezer for approximately 1 hour
  • Melt the chocolate using a bain-marie
  • Whip the melted chocolate and the almond milk together
  • Using a blender, mix the frozen fruit in with the other ingredients
  • Pour the mix into a recipient and freeze approximately 1-2 hours (until texture becomes soft and smooth)
  • Top your ice cream with a pinch of grated coconut, serve and enjoy!
