Chocolate, peanut and maple fudge
- In a pot, heat the peanut butter with the maple syrup over low-medium heat. Stir well to make the mixture homogeneous.
- Add the chocolate bar in pieces and remove the pot from the heat. Mix until the chocolate is completely melted and the texture of the mixture is uniform.
- In a small container lined with parchment paper (3 inches x 3 inches), place the mixture and spread it well
- Add crumbled or whole maple fondant to the surface to your taste.
- Leave to rest for about 1 hour in the refrigerator before cutting.
