Chocolate, peanut and maple fudge

  1. In a pot, heat the peanut butter with the maple syrup over low-medium heat. Stir well to make the mixture homogeneous.
  2. Add the chocolate bar in pieces and remove the pot from the heat. Mix until the chocolate is completely melted and the texture of the mixture is uniform.
  3. In a small container lined with parchment paper (3 inches x 3 inches), place the mixture and spread it well
  4. Add crumbled or whole maple fondant to the surface to your taste.
  5. Leave to rest for about 1 hour in the refrigerator before cutting.
