Strawberry and chocolate crepe cake
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups of 2% milk
- 1 ½ cups flour
- Butter for cooking
- Laura Secord strawberry jam
- Laura Secord chocolate spread of your choice
- Beat the eggs with the milk in a large bowl.
- Add the flour, little by little, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- Cook the pancakes in a small frying pan with butter. This should give you about 25-30 pancakes.
- Let the pancakes cool before assembling the cake
- To assemble, repeat: 2 pancakes, chocolate spread, 2 pancakes, jam, until you run out of pancakes.
